Mark Scialdone is of counsel to Krispin Law and has worked alongside Hannah Krispin for years. He concentrates his practice in the areas of family law, estate planning, and probate law.

Mark became an attorney because he wanted to work directly with people and to help them. Growing up in Beverly, Massachusetts in a large Italian family, Mark’s parents instilled in him the values of independence, a love of exploring, and compassion. Those traits have led Mark to travel the world, volunteering in Thailand and Haiti after natural disasters. That work made Mark even more committed to serving others.

In his practice, Mark works with diverse families, all with their own unique needs and goals. Clients appreciate that he listens to and respects them, and gives them the straightforward guidance they need to make sound decisions. As Mark observes, “The client is the boss, and it is my job to listen to the client and advise accordingly…my clients know that I understand the law and that I will do what is best for them.” Mark is known for deftly navigating the complexities of the legal process to get things accomplished in an efficient manner while giving his clients the time and attention they need. Family law matters are often highly emotional; Mark understands this, and takes pride in doing everything possible to relieve his clients’ stress during every step of the process.

When not practicing law, Mark enjoys traveling with his husband Bryan and their extended family. Having worked at an international family law firm in Paris, France remains one of his favorite destinations. Mark and Bryan are also both dual American-Italian citizens. Mark plays in a recreational softball league and participates in adult gymnastics competitions.
